Our company is located in Černín near Zdice, a short distance from Beroun and just 20 min from Prague and 35 min from Pilsen.
Thanks to several new projects we are expanding and therefore we are looking for new colleagues for our wrokplaces in Černín, Cerhovice and Prague Zličín.

KOSTAL CR strives to take full advantage of its employees’ skills. Therefore, on the basis of the initial interview, it selects a position for each candidate that best corresponds to their education and skills.
The company has established cooperation with a number if universities, secondary schools and vocational schools. It is also takes part in job fairs, presentations at universities, etc.
The first step to becoming an employee at KOSTAL CR is to choose from the menu of jobs available and click on the position’s details. You must also fill in the reply form and sent it with your CV.
The CV and form will be processed by someone from the human resources department, who compares the candidates’ profiles with the requirements of the vacant position, and assesses the together with the head of the department. If there is any missing information we will contact the applicant by email or by phone.
In the 3rd round those candidates chosen for the position are invited to an oral interview over the phone and then a confirmation email is sent with date of the meeting. Those who are not selected recieve email information.
After completing the selection procedure, the candidates are informed about the outcome as soon as possible.

After successfully completing the selection process you can axpect a few formal procedures associated with joining the company. Then we will introduce you to the production process, the quality policy, the company’s history and you will undergo the basic training. An integral part of the process is also a tour of the company.
